Our Speed Dating Fitness Workouts are designed to get your heart pumping — in more ways than one.
Each session combines fun, lighthearted icebreaker questions with dynamic partner exercises, giving you the chance to interact with every participant in a natural, playful way.
If you feel a spark with someone during the workout, just let us know after the session. If it’s mutual, we’ll make the match and connect you within 24 hours!
Not a match this time? No problem — come to the next workout and keep the momentum going!
